Quality Iron Designs manufactures all of our gates to the highest standards possible. We begin by washing the material in a heated, degreasing phosphate wash. Then the material is welded together to make the gate. The raw steel is then washed again before the powder coat finish is applied. Every gate we make is powder coated to give you a beautiful finish that is extremely durable. If your gate requires wood slats, rest assured that it is the best grade money can buy. We special order our wood by the truckload, straight from the mill. With each gate, we also provide all the hardware that is needed for installation.
